We offer refunds for eSIM package purchases under specific conditions within 5 days of purchase:

Non-Delivery of the eSIM: If there is a delivery issue and you do not receive an email with your eSIM, you may be required to provide evidence of a report submitted to the mail service regarding the missing item.

Technical Defects with the eSIM: If you experience a technical issue that makes the eSIM unusable, please contact our Support Team. Refunds are granted upon review and approval of the issue.

Product Not-As-Described: If the eSIM does not match the description, refunds are evaluated case-by-case and require approval. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchase.
Compatibility Reminder: Refunds are not provided for incompatibility with devices. Please verify your phone's compatibility with eSIM technology by consulting your device’s manufacturer website or contacting our support team before making a purchase.
Refund Fees: A refund will incur a transaction fee of $5 or 30% of the order value, whichever is greater.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
