GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all products and services provided by “sms4.de e.K.” and its brand esimflare.com hereinafter referred to as “esimflare”.
The terms and conditions are available on the website www.esimflare.com.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Prepaid eSIMs: Customers register and purchase eSIMs on the www.esimflare.com website.
Payments are processed by Paypal.com or Shopifiy payments.
REGISTRATION
Customers must accept these terms and conditions to use eSIMs. Customers provide, either directly or through our agents, the following information via www.esimflare.com:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
ESIMFLARE ENGAGEMENTS
ESIMFLARE will make reasonable efforts to provide quality service. However, ESIMFLARE does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or fault-free service.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
When using ESIMFLARE's products and services, the customer must not:
- Engage in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activities;
- Cause impairment or damage to the network.
In case of a breach, ESIMFLARE may suspend the customer’s access to products and services. ESIMFLARE will notify the customer of the suspension as soon as reasonably practicable. During suspension, the customer remains responsible for all charges.
DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device is eSIM compatible and not carrier-locked. Device compatibility may vary by carrier and country.
TERMS AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The agreement between ESIMFLARE and the customer begins upon order completion on www.esimflare.com and ends once the customer receives the purchased eSIM. Activation of the eSIM is the customer’s responsibility.
PAYMENT
Payments for ESIMFLARE products and services can be made by credit card, Shopify Payment or Paypal.com
DELIVERY
After a successful payment, the customer will see a “Payment Successful” message displaying the total amount and order number and an email will be sent. After a manual verification process, the QR code will be delivered to the customer’s registered email within 24 hours, usually almost instantly.
REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
Customers may request a refund or exchange if the eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue originating from ESIMFLARE.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
ESIMFLARE is not liable for service interruptions or unavailability. No guarantee of constant network service availability is provided.
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT AND CONFIRMATION:
(a) ESIMFLARE provides relevant services with reasonable skill and under current conditions. Customers bear the risks of using the service.
(b) ESIMFLARE does not guarantee:
- That this service or its content will meet specific requirements or expectations;
- Uninterrupted, timely, safe, or error-free service.
(c) ESIMFLARE is not liable for losses related to the accuracy or reliability of service content, nor for obstructions or suspensions due to factors outside ESIMFLARE's control.
(d) ESIMFLARE, including its employees, shareholders, agents, and affiliates, disclaims liability for results from using SIM cards or any losses due to negligence or omission in their use.
